After a successful academic and business career in the United States, Gunilla Ramell has returned to her native Sweden to share the experience and knowledge gained in the U.S. over the past 30 years with students and entrepreneurs in the country of her birth. 

She is currently:

• A translator from Swedish into English:
  • Listed with the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm as a translation business service provider under the Dept of Commerce Buy USA program.
  • On the British Embassy's list of authorised translators in Sweden.
  • Authorized by the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet, www.kammarkollegiet.se).
  • A full member of the Swedish Federation of Authorized Translators (www.aukttranslator.se) and the Swedish Association of Professional Translators (www.sfoe.se). Also listed at the Swedish site Translatorer at www.translatorer.se.
• Ambassador for Women's Enterprise appointed by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth which reports directly to Maud Olofsson, the Minister of Enterprise, Energy and Communications. In this capacity, Gunilla speaks on entrepreneurship before a wide range of audiences including Swedish high school students who are interested in working overseas--especially in the United States--and hearing some career advice on finding qualified work in North America and other English-speaking countries.
